The main classes that I teach in the community are zumba and fitness pilates. These classes support my ethos that fitness should be available for all with no exclusions. Joining a gym is not for everyone for many different reasons including cost, self confidence, location so Curve-Fit run classes that are affordable in easily accessible places. I want to support instructors in growing their identity and brand as I believe there is a massive opportunity to deliver diverse community based classes. I also want to reassure individuals who are worried about exercising that community group exercise classes are supportive platforms run by the same professionals as those offered in clubs.
