To create and deliver high impact initiatives, driven by community consultation which address and remove common barriers to well-being.
We are passionate about community fitness and strongly believe that it is of huge importance to the health and wellbeing of today's society and that there should be no barriers to participation.
Aims and Objectives
We will reduce holiday hunger in the North East by working with established community providers to facilitate activity which supports the all-round well-being of children and young people.
We will increase non-vocational educational opportunities for young people in the health and well-being sector
We will remove barriers to exercise for all, through providing accessible activities and equipment
We will reduce social isolation in older adults, through developing effective programmes that bring people together in a social setting
